Taste: sweet, pure cacao taste, berries flavor
I used an organic lemon and so I included the lemon skin. If you plan on using a conventionally grown lemon, make sure to remove the skin in order to avoid pesticide residues that are often found in the skin of conventionally grown citrus fruits. You can successfully replace blackberries with blueberries, just make sure they’re on the sweet side (as were my blackberries). After all, our goal is to make a sweet dessert and using sour berries will certainly not help much.
