This Yummy Green Smoothie is the perfect example of how you can combine veggies, fruits, and spices into one nourishing easy-to-blend smoothie.

200glightly boiled spinach(or frozen spinach)
1bigavocado(skin and seed removed)
1.5stickcelery
2small golden apples(seeded, chopped big)
a bit offennel(chopped)
2tbsppea protein powder(or whey protein powder)
2tspturmeric powder
1/2tspcinnamon powder
1slicelemon(organic)
fresh dill(chopped)
fresh mint leaves(chopped)
pinch ofvanilla powder
pinch ofHimalayan salt
400-500mlwater
Instructions
Wash and prep the ingredients as indicated. Add them into your blender.
Add the water or any preferred liquid. Besides plain water, my top choices are coconut water or almond milk.
Blend on medium to high speed until you observe that creamy texture. Using the pulse function a few times will help you break down the ingredients faster.
Serve fresh or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Smoothies are about being creative with food. That being said, note that you can easily skip some of the ingredients listed towards the bottom of the list, as all the “important” ingredients are usually listed at the top.Instead of water, you can definitely use coconut water, coconut milk, almond milk or cashew milk. Except for coconut water, all the other will add plenty of healthy fats to your smoothie and this will translate to an even creamier texture.
