1bigavocado(skin and seed removed)
3-4tbspfrozen spinach
3-4tbspfrozen blueberries
2handfulcoconut chips
3-4leavesromaine lettuce(or any other green lettuce)
1red apple(seeded)
1smallred beet(peeled and cut big)
1tbspchia seeds + hemp seeds
1tspginger powder
1/2tspturmeric powder
1/2tspcinnamon powder
1/4tspcardamom powder
1/2tspHimalayan salt
pinch ofvanilla powder
1slicelemon(organic, with skin)
2tbspwhey protein powder(chocolate flavor, optional)
450mlwater(or enough to cover the ingredients)
Instructions
Prep all the ingredients according to my notes. Add everything into blender and cover with water.
Blend until you obtain that smooth texture. Add more water if needed and blend, until a creamy texture is obtained.
Done! Enjoy fresh or store in the fridge for 2-3 days.
